Kelp 40g

  • Kelp is rich in vitamins and minerals and is a very high source of Iodine. It is traditionally used for stock, Dashi soups and salads.

    Ingredients: Whole Dried Kelp.

  • Use: Add dried to cooking or reconstitute first by soaking in cool water of 15-20 minutes.

    Benefits: On average, seaweeds have ten times more vitamins, minerals and trace elements than land based plants. Kelp is also a great source of iodine. It is a delicious addition when you are barbequing or baking fish.
