Sea Spaghetti

  • Sea spaghetti can be substituted for or combined with normal spaghetti and is a good source of Calcium and Magnesium.

    Ingredients: Dried Sea Spaghetti.

  • Use: If combining with dry pasta, add dry sea spaghetti 5 minutes before the ordinary pasta is cooked. If combining with fresh pasta, pre-soak in cook water for 15-20 mins and cook as you would fresh pasta. If eating on its own, pre-soak for 15-20 minutes then cook in boiling water for a few minutes.
